Market Director – Insurance Lead the strategy and growth of a major Insurance Partnerships business Hoffmann Reed are working on behalf of a major outsourced pensions provider to appoint a Market Director – Insurance into a highly influential senior leadership role. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the strategy, commercial performance and client agenda for a significant Insurance Partnerships market. Working alongside the Managing Director and wider senior leadership team, you'll develop and execute a scalable growth strategy while helping to influence the direction of the wider pensions business. You'll combine strategic leadership with commercial execution, building senior client relationships, developing sustainable new business pipelines and bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver against ambitious market priorities. The opportunity You'll:

• Create and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Insurance Partnerships market.
• Drive performance against key business measures, including revenue, profit and cashflow.
