Digital Director - Beauty - UP TO £130,000

An exciting, high-growth consumer brand is looking for an exceptional Digital Director to lead its growing digital function. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, you'll own the global digital growth agenda across e-commerce, CRM, performance marketing, marketplaces, analytics and technology. You'll take full ownership of digital revenue, customer lifetime value and P&L performance, identifying scalable opportunities that deliver profitable, sustainable growth across markets and channels. You'll lead the continued evolution of the global e-commerce ecosystem, driving conversion, customer experience, digital trading, online merchandising and the technology roadmap. You'll shape the CRM and customer lifecycle strategy, using segmentation, personalisation, automation and insight to increase retention, engagement and customer lifetime value. As the leader of performance marketing and digital investment, you'll champion a rigorous test-and-learn approach across Meta, Google, TikTok, marketplaces and emerging channels. Data will be central to your role, with responsibility for building best-in-class reporting, forecasting, analytics and AI-enabled capabilities that turn customer and commercial insight into action. You'll lead, coach and grow a high-performing multidisciplinary team while partnering closely with Marketing, Retail, Trade, Product, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to build the capabilities required for international scale. We're looking for a commercially minded digital leader with experience in digital, e-commerce or growth, a proven track record of scaling profitable businesses, strong e-commerce, CRM, paid media and analytical expertise, and the leadership skills to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
