As the Founding Product Developer, you will bridge the gap between textile craftsmanship and advanced automation. • Own the complete tech pack, pattern grading, and construction sequence for the first product lines.
• Establish rigorous quality control standards and defect taxonomies to guide engineering automation efforts.
• Manage the production floor, including hiring machinists and optimizing material utilization and throughput. The ideal candidate
• Has 3–8 years of experience taking textile products from concept through to full-scale production.
• Possesses expert hand skills in cutting, sewing, and fitting, combined with proficiency in pattern CAD.
