In House Private Funds Counsel

Global asset manager is seeking a qualified private funds lawyer with strong expertise in private equity fund structuring for its London legal team. The postholder will have an active involvement in complex and sophisticated transactions working closely with the investments team. The role would suit a private funds lawyer with a minimum six years PQE from a top tier legal practice or someone already in-house at another investment manager with private equity experience.
