Our client, an exciting fast-growing healthtech business building wearable products, is looking for a Director of Growth to join their team. The team have built a strong product and loyal customer base, and are now looking for a senior leader to take ownership of the full growth function. This is a high-impact role with significant room to build. You'll own growth end-to-end, with responsibility for acquisition, conversion, monetisation, retention and the economics behind it. You'll:

  • Own the overall growth strategy, targets and commercial model
  • Lead Marketing and Growth Product, with Design and Engineering support
  • Develop new acquisition channels and scale what works
  • Drive creative, conversion, pricing, packaging and monetisation
  • Build growth loops across referrals, product-led growth and partnerships
  • Establish the measurement, forecasting and experimentation infrastructure to support scale You'll be a strong fit if you have:
  • Led growth across both marketing and product
  • Owned commercial metrics including CAC, LTV and payback
  • Experience scaling multiple acquisition channels and meaningful paid budgets
  • Strong understanding of subscription growth, conversion and monetisation
  • Built and developed high-performing teams, including senior leaders
  • A hands-on approach - comfortable getting into the numbers, funnel and detail when needed
  • Experience building growth functions or taking a business through a significant growth phase Experience in consumer subscription, healthtech, wearables or DTC is a plus, but not essential. Why join? Significant ownership, competitive salary, and the chance to lead growth at a company with a genuinely meaningful mission.
