Associate / Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant Location: Manchester Start date: 6th October Who are Strativ? As we continue to grow, we're hiring 6 junior Recruitment Consultants to join one of our highest performing Technology teams in Manchester. You'll join a structured intake alongside consultants at a similar stage in their careers, receiving hands on coaching, market expertise and the support needed to build a successful recruitment career. What your role entails: You'll operate your own specialist recruitment desk, partnering with innovative businesses and high calibre professionals within your market - combining business development, candidate generation and relationship building. Our structured onboarding, dedicated Learning & Development programme and ongoing coaching from experienced consultants are designed to set you up for long term success from day one. Your responsibilities:

• Working collaboratively with your team to share knowledge and contribute to collective success
• Conducting market mapping to identify talent and generate commercial insight
• Building relationships with candidates across your specialist technology market
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing long term client partnerships
• Negotiating offers and managing recruitment processes for both clients and candidates The experience you'll bring:
• Previous experience in sales, a customer facing role OR the ambition to build a career in recruitment
• Confidence communicating with new people and building genuine relationships
• A strong work ethic and the motivation to achieve ambitious goals
