Lecturer (Casual) - Care, Sports, Business & Communities £43,402 - £52,247 (pro rata) Hours As Required Based at Falkirk Campus About The Role We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible individuals to join our pool of casual lecturers in Early Learning & Childcare, Communities, Supported Learning, Sport and Fitness and Health and Social Care. This role is ideal for individuals with current or recent lecturing experience within Scottish colleges who can step in to provide high quality teaching during periods of sickness cover, staff absence, or timetable gaps. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to learners across a range of levels (typically SCQF level 2 to level 8).
• Follow existing schemes of work and adapt materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Provide feedback, guidance and support to help learners achieve their goals.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and assessment.
• Work collaboratively with curriculum teams to ensure high quality and consistent delivery. About You
• Essential current or recent lecturing experience within a college environment.
• Professional or academic background in Early Learning and Childcare, Communities, Supported Learning, Sports and Fitness or Health and Social Care
• A learner centred approach with strong communication and organisational skills.
