Mid-tier AI Engineer - Local Conglomerate We're looking for a proactive AI Engineer to join a newly established AI team driving AI adoption and business transformation across the organization. You'll play a key role in identifying AI opportunities, supporting project delivery, and ensuring successful implementation of AI solutions across various business functions. This position is ideal for someone with 5 years of experience who understands AI technologies and can bridge the gap between business and technical teams. You will also provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to Junior AI Engineers. Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate AI use cases across the organization.
• Gather and document business requirements for AI initiatives and projects.
• Support the delivery of AI solutions, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and pilots from idea through implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Assist in the deployment and adoption of AI tools, agents, automation solutions, and knowledge management platforms.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor and supervise Junior AI Engineers, providing guidance on project delivery and professional development.
• Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications for the business. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, business technology, data projects, or related areas.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and automation technologies.
• Experience coordinating technology or AI projects and engaging with business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members is preferred.
