Business Analyst - Financial Services

Role: Business Analyst – Change & Transformation Experience: 5 – 10 years Employment Type – Contract (12 months) Location: Quarray Bay, HK Key Responsibilities

• Define business problems, scope, and success metrics
• Gather and document clear, testable requirements
• Map processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions
• Facilitate workshops across business and technology stakeholders
• Support Agile delivery (backlog management, sprint collaboration)
• Drive change impact assessments and business readiness activities
• Support SIT/UAT testing cycles and ensure quality delivery
• Enable smooth implementation through documentation and handover Key Requirements:
• 5–10 years' Business Analysis experience in financial services
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in digital transformation programmes
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira/Confluence)
• Data analysis skills (SQL) are an advantage
• Fluent English required; Cantonese & Mandarin strongly preferred
