Markets Operations Transformation Analyst - TOP Tier Bank

Role Overview Join a large-scale transformation programme supporting the integration, process alignment, and technology modernization of Markets & Securities Services operations. The role will work closely with Operations, Technology, Front Office, Risk, and Finance teams to drive process improvements, system migrations, testing activities, and target operating model implementation. Responsibilities

• Analyse current operational processes and identify gaps against the target operating model.
• Gather, document, and validate business and user requirements.
• Support business process redesign, workflow improvements, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Perform gap analysis between existing and future-state processes and systems.
• Coordinate and execute testing activities, including UAT, dress rehearsals, and go-live readiness.
• Work closely with technology teams during system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Engage with stakeholders across business, operations, risk, finance, and technology functions.
• Support operational transitions, user training, and post-implementation activities. Requirements
• Experience in Global Markets Operations, Treasury Operations, Securities Services, Custody Operations, or Investment Banking Operations.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycles and operational processes across products such as FX, Derivatives, Money Markets, Bonds, Repos, or Equities.
• Experience in system implementation, migration, transformation, or operational change programmes.
• Hands-on experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with industry platforms such as SWIFT, CLS, DTCC, Euroclear, Bloomberg, or Trade Repositories is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Target Operating Models (TOM), automation, straight-through processing (STP), or regulatory change initiatives is an advantage.
