Senior Business Analyst - Priips - Asset Management

As a Senior Regulatory Business Analyst based in London, you will be entrusted with overseeing end-to-end business analysis for major regulatory programmes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve interpreting complex regulations such as UCITS KIIDs and PRIIPs KIDs, conducting thorough GAP analyses to identify areas for improvement or compliance risk, and documenting detailed business requirements that guide solution design. What you bring: To excel as a Senior Regulatory Business Analyst in this organisation's Platform Change team, you will bring extensive experience gained over at least ten years in business analysis roles-five of which should be at senior or lead level focusing on regulatory change. Your proven track record includes delivering projects related to UCITS KIIDs or PRIIPs KIDs where your interpretation of regulatory requirements has resulted in clear functional deliverables. Professional qualifications such as IIBA CCBA or CBAP underscore your dedication to industry standards. You have successfully led teams through large-scale transformation programmes within financial services or asset management contexts.

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in business analysis roles with at least 5 years spent in senior or lead positions focused on regulatory change programmes.
• Proven track record delivering regulatory change related to UCITS KIIDs and PRIIPs KIDs by interpreting requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables.
• Professional qualification in business analysis (such as IIBA CCBA minimum or CBAP preferred; PMI-PBA or equivalent also considered) demonstrating commitment to professional standards.
• Experience leading and developing teams of Business Analysts on large-scale transformation programmes within financial services or asset management sectors.
