• Developing and growing your own client portfolio through business development
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing vacancies from qualification through to successful placement
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
• Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Working towards individual and team revenue targets
• Becoming a specialist within your chosen market What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from recruiters who have:
• At least 12 months' experience working within a recruitment agency
• A proven track record of building client relationships and generating revenue
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A motivated, target-driven approach
