Sales Coach & Trainer – B2B Outbound Sales London £35,000–£40,000 + commission Mon–Fri, 8:45–5:30 | No weekends I'm recruiting for a growing B2B sales business looking for an experienced Sales Coach & Trainer to develop and coach their outbound sales team. This is a hands-on sales floor role, focused on call coaching, objection handling, conversion, sales behaviours and developing new starters. We're looking for:

• 2+ years coaching/leading outbound sales teams
• High-volume B2B sales experience
• Strong call coaching and performance development skills
