• Design and execute a coherent marketing calendar and channel strategy that aligns seasonal pushes with long-term brand goals.
• Produce high-quality, hands-on content by writing copy, shooting video, and editing assets for social media and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with growth marketing to set budgets and shape overall strategy while maintaining full responsibility for day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate
• Proven experience in a second or third marketing role within a high-growth e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) startup.
