Commercial and Procurement Manager

• Leading commercial activity across the full procurement and acquisition lifecycle.
• Partnering with programme teams and senior stakeholders to develop and execute commercial strategies.
• Delivering procurement activity that enables the rapid adoption of digital and innovative technologies.
• Managing commercial risk, governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Driving process improvements that increase pace, efficiency, and commercial effectiveness.
• Supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen industrial capability, innovation, and programme outcomes. What we're looking for:
• Strong commercial and procurement experience within defence, the public sector, or complex regulated environments.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end procurement and commercial activities.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex governance structures.
• Knowledge of public procurement regulations and commercial best practice.
