Senior Quality and Performance Manager London, White City | 3 days in office | £75,000 We're recruiting a Senior Quality and Performance Manager for a leading apprenticeship assessment organisation, part of one of the UK's top digital venture builder portfolios. This is a brand new function, built from scratch, reporting straight to the CEO. You'll own assessment quality, performance and compliance across the business, line manage the Head of IQA, and turn platform data into improvement initiatives that actually land. Nothing exists yet, so you define the measures, build the frameworks and set the standard. What you'll need

• Quality assurance, compliance or continuous improvement experience in a regulated environment
• A track record of using data and MI to drive measurable improvement
• Strong grasp of assessment quality, validity and reliability
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading change across teams
