Product Manager – Software - Nottingham - £75k - Hybrid

• Are you a Product Manager who has worked with both on-premise and cloud global software products?
• Have you managed a team, not just a product?
• Can you travel? This isn't a maintenance Product Manager role. It's a genuine strategic opportunity to take ownership of an established product, push it into new international markets, and manage the team that builds it. You'll have full day-to-day management of a product team, full ownership of the development roadmap, and real influence over where the product goes next, not just executing someone else's plan. What you will be doing:
• Promoting the product internationally and building relationships with customers and software partners
• Analysing market trends and customer needs to shape the strategic roadmap
• Writing detailed specs as part of an agile development process, and managing the team delivering against them
• Getting involved in account management and training reviews when needed What they need from you:
• Strategic and forward-looking, patient but with real fire in the belly to push things forward
• Previous experience with on-premise & cloud products
• Genuinely global product experience
• Strong communication skills, equally comfortable in the boardroom and in a technical conversation
• Confidence travelling and working independently, including internationally The Client - An established engineering business based in the East Midlands, quietly one of the good ones. This is a business that knows what it does well and wants to build on it, not one standing still. Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office. £75k on offer for the right person.
