The firm provides risk management solutions across a variety of sectors, emphasizing long-term relationships, and innovative approaches to financial challenges. What You'll Do

• Oversee monthly financial close for deferred compensation processes
• Lead complex decision-making processes and manage risk mitigation plans
• Deliver high-quality compensation analysis and forecasting for senior leadership
• Maintain strong internal controls and liaise with auditors and external vendors
• Champion process automation and contribute to system enhancements
• Partner with Finance Risk Leads and stakeholders to strengthen governance What You Bring
• Fully qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with 8+ years' experience
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, US GAAP and IFRS would be advantageous
• Strong financial reporting and financial control expertise
• Expertise in managing monthly financial close processes
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Alteryx or Power Query advantageous
