Business Analyst Product Owner

Salary £45-50k with company performance bonus UK remote first working – team meetups once every 2 months Must be based in the UK SaaS / PropTech | AI first business Shape the product roadmap for a fast-moving property tech business. We're looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner hybrid to join a growing SaaS / PropTech business, bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong BA fundamentals who's ready to step further into product ownership, or a Product Owner looking to sharpen their craft in a fast-paced, AI-first environment. You'll work closely with stakeholders, engineers and leadership to turn business requirements into clear, actionable user stories while using AI tools throughout your workflow to work smarter, move faster and bring sharper insight to every stage of the product lifecycle. What You'll Be Doing

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, working closely with engineering and design
• Use AI tools to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, analysis and stakeholder communication
• Run stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions across the business
• Support sprint planning, refinement and delivery in an agile environment
• Help define and evolve the product roadmap alongside senior product leadership
• Identify opportunities to bring AI-driven insight and efficiency into product and process decisions What We're Looking For
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner, ideally within a startup, SaaS or PropTech environment
• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and genuine enthusiasm for using AI to improve how product work gets done
• Confident working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), backlogs and user stories
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable translating between technical and non-technical audiences
• Prior experience in SaaS or PropTech is a strong plus What You Can Expect
