• Sourcing top-level talent and managing the full recruitment process
• Building your own client portfolio through warm and cold outreach
• Establishing yourself as a subject-matter expert in your field
• Using LinkedIn to build a personal brand and network

• Base Salary: £25,000 - £27,500
• Uncapped Commission: OTE £35k+ in Year 1, £60k+ in Year 2, £100k+ in Year 3

• Work out of a high-performing, modern office in the heart of Bristol City Centre! Location: Bristol, BS1 2LZ (must live within a commutable distance from the office) Interview Process:
• 1st stage: Telephone call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team
• 2nd stage: Teams call
