Corporate Solicitor

We are working with a top-tier international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate M&A practice within their Belfast office. The Role The successful candidate will join market-leading Corporate practice, assisting in a range of corporate and commercial matters, often across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include supporting clients in M&A, private equity, and re-organisations, as well as conducting large-scale due diligence projects, drafting due diligence reports, and drafting corporate and commercial documentation. The candidate will also support clients in corporate transactions, deal execution, joint ventures, post-merger integrations, and corporate governance. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships. Essential Criteria

• 1+ PQE;
• Strong background in corporate M&A and private equity within a medium to large commercial practice;
• Excellent commercial awareness;
• Outstanding academics;
• Drafting skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
