Senior Corporate Lawyer

We are working with an esteemed UK firm who are looking for a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate practice within their Belfast office. The Role: The successful candidate will join a dynamic Corporate team, advising on a full range of corporate services for the firm's global client base. The candidate's work will focus on M&A, venture capital, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, and equity capital markets, often with a cross-border element. Duties include supporting share and asset sales and purchases for corporates, buyout transactions and due diligence, advising on elements of joint ventures, such as contractual structures, corporate and LLP vehicles, and tax efficient structuring, and providing general day-to-day corporate advice. The candidate will play a key role in supporting companies in all stages of their lifecycle, acting for many high-value investments. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development initiatives, while maintaining strong relationships with the firm's global client base. Essential Criteria

• 5+ PQE;
• Strong background in corporate services and M&A;
• Excellent commercial awareness;
• Outstanding academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
