Family Solicitor (2-5+ Years PQE)

Join a well-established and growing law firm in South West London as a Family Solicitor. This role is perfect for an ambitious solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE, looking to further their career in family law. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and deliver high-quality legal advice across a broad range of family matters.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private children matters, and cohabitation disputes.
• Advise clients on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
• Support clients through mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes where appropriate.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court applications.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients as needed.
• Assist with business development activities and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 (+) years' PQE in family law.
• Experience handling a varied family law caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Resolution membership or a commitment to Resolution principles would be advantageous.
