As Strategy & Operations Lead, you will drive company-wide performance and strategy during a period of rapid scaling. • Lead the quarterly goal-setting process (OKRs), defining priorities with team leads and tracking critical business metrics to ensure alignment.
• Support debt and equity fundraising efforts by building sophisticated financial models, managing data rooms, and drafting investor communications.
• Design and deliver actionable performance reporting for investors and leadership, translating complex operational data into strategic business insights. The ideal candidate
• Possesses 5+ years of experience in high-stakes environments such as strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or fintech operations.
• Demonstrates advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency with BI tools like Tableau or Looker to drive data-driven decision-making.
