The Role: What You'll Do As our Marketing Executive, reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be the creative engine behind our brand; filming and editing content, helping run our social channels, and finding new, creative ways to get TECHNE in front of the right people. You'll travel frequently to the US and across Europe to record with our partners, to help them their employer branding, so this is a hands-on, on-the-road role for someone who loves being where the story happens. Key Responsibilities
• 🎥 Film and edit engaging video content for social media, RVP, and events, including on location in the US and across Europe
• 📱 Create and manage social media content across our channels, from concept through to publishing
• 🎨 Design graphics and visual assets to support marketing campaigns and brand communications
• 🌐 Update the company website with fresh content and assets.
• 💡 Identify new opportunities and creative ways to drive our brand and grow awareness
• 📊 Monthly reporting and analysis on all social and website, covering traffic, engagement, channel growth, competitor insight, and industry insight
• 🤝 Collaborate closely with other teams across the business, including sales, to align marketing activity with wider goals
• 🎙️ Edit and produce podcast episodes, from raw recording through to final publish What We're Looking For
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar marketing, content, or videography-focused role
• Proven videography and video editing experience
• Confident creating content for social platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Comfortable and willing to travel frequently to the US and across Europe for filming, events, and client visits
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
• A good eye for design and brand consistency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, and DaVinci Resolve experience desirable but not essential Perks & Culture
