Technical Business Analyst - Digital Engineering – Software Engineering Active eDV or DV Clearance is Mandatory eDV is preferred – Aerospace and Defence Experience – demonstrable background delivering architecture within MOD, Defence Digital, or UK aerospace environments. Requirements

• Understand and define the problem to be solved.
• Understand users and their needs and translate into user stories.
• Help the delivery team decide the best approach, manage and visualise outcomes, prioritise work and work to the agreed minimum viable product (MVP), print and scope.
• Support test functionality and ensuring it meets user and business needs.
• Supporting the Product Owner with the creation of a backlog.
• Modelling business processes (As is / To be)
• eDV Clearance is essential for a successful candidate Competencies: You will have extensive commercial experience in the following:
• Stakeholder management
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies e.g (Scrum, Lean, Kanban)
• Function & non-functional requirements
• Acceptance criteria
• User stories
• Working with cross functional teams
• Continuous improvement
• Customer facing (build good rapport)
• Understanding of Government transformation strategy & service standards Desired:
• Data mapping
• Experience working with API's. Lifecycle Management
• Manage requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle.
• Support impact assessments for requirement changes.
• Coordinate with development and verification teams.
• Ensure requirements remain consistent and up to date. Governance
• Ensure compliance with requirements engineering processes and standards.
• Support audits and traceability reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to resolve requirement-related issues. .
