Senior Software Engineer

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on. We are now hiring a Senior Software Engineer, based in London. You will build across the stack in a small senior team where you own features end to end. Our core is event-sourced and real-time by design, and you will help shape how it grows. Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. It shapes how we build every endpoint, every permission and every screen. What you bring:

• A few years building production software, or exceptional work that speaks for itself.
• Strong TypeScript or Python, and the appetite to learn the rest.
