Head of Growth

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on. We are now hiring a Head of Growth, based in London. You will own how Syntrace grows: from the first user at a firm to the whole organization, and from one market to the next. You will work across product, marketing and our commercial team, and measure everything by what it moves. Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. What you bring:

• Many years in growth, product or marketing at a fast-growing B2B company.
