Senior Manager/ Manager, Agency Operations Implementation Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis on agency operating practices, including recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, performance management, and termination processes, against Regional Office guidelines.
• Partner with Agency, Finance, IT, Training, and other stakeholders to redesign policies, procedures, and operating guidelines to meet regional standards.
• Act as the key liaison between local business units and Regional Office, providing project updates, managing stakeholder alignment, and driving guideline implementation.
• Lead change management initiatives, pilot programmes, agency communications, and the end-to-end implementation roadmap to ensure successful adoption across the agency force.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and governance to deliver transformation initiatives effectively. Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Agency Operations, Agency Management, Distribution Transformation, or related functions within the life insurance industry. More experience would be considered as Senior Manager.
• Strong understanding of agency workflows, onboarding, training, compensation, and compliance processes.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence senior business leaders and regional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with strong analytical, process improvement, and change management capabilities.
• Experience working in regional and cross-functional environments is highly preferred.
