Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team based in Erdington, Birmingham. This is a temporary position offering consistent daytime hours and competitive pay rates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including goods handling, stock movement, and operating a counterbalance forklift.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
• Moving stock around the warehouse and storage areas
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Carrying out stock checks and inventory control
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Essential Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Required)
• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices
• Reliable with a positive work ethic

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly rate of £13.00 - £14.00 per hour

• Day shifts only (8:00am - 5:00pm)
