• Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

On behalf of our client, a well-established full-service Scottish law firm with offices across Scotland, we are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join the team in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages, taking transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently.
• Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and provide clients with accurate advice on various conveyancing matters.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships.
• Proficient in using legal case management systems and comfortable with technology.
