Our mission is clear, to ensure that our promise to improve the lives of children and young people in Bradford becomes a reality. Our recent Ofsted inspection, where we were assessed as ‘Requires Improvement', demonstrates the considerable progress we have made, particularly our ‘Good' assessment in leadership and management. We look forwards positively, and remain resolute in our commitment and dedication, under the stewardship of a committed senior leadership team supported by a committed and passionate board and recently appointed new Chair, to deliver the best outcomes for the children, young people and families of Bradford. Our board consists of a group of experienced leaders, bringing together a range of knowledge and skills that provides independent support and challenge to the Trust. We are now seeking to appoint two new Non-Executive Directors who are passionate about making a difference to the lives of children and families in Bradford. We are looking for individuals who bring a wealth senior leadership experience with an understanding of the broader policy context in which the Trust operates. With our recently appointed new Chair, our board continues to evolve and we are seeking to appoint two new Board Members. We are particularly interested in: Individuals with finance experience who demonstrate understanding of financial governance in the public and charitable sector. Partnership and community experience, particularly those with an understanding of or connection to Bradford.
