Events Production Officer

Location: Valentines Park and Various Park locations Salary: Up to £32,079 pro rata - 30 hours. Type: Permanent The Events Team are located within Valentines Park voted multiple times as one of the Top Ten Green Flag Award-winning parks in the UK! Job requirements:

• Support the Event Manager to deliver the development and management of community festivals and commercial hires of facilities in Vision's Parks & Open Spaces
• Support and assist the Event Manager to facilitate major festivals and programmes with internal and external partners
• Oversee the coordination of the events diary ensure its regular distribution to partners. Essential requirements:
• Evidence of continued self-improvement or professional development in Events Management
• IOSH Health and Safety Qualification
• Experience of working in an outdoor events environment
• Understanding of outdoor events equipment
• Intermediate IT Skills including Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint, Access, Excel and Word Applicants must demonstrate their suitability for the position by matching their qualifications, skills and experience to the criteria outlined in the person specification and job description.
