Business Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Finance Systems for a 100% remote role. The BA will act as the key link between Finance stakeholders and the external Integration Partner across ERP implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements workshops and document As-Is / To-Be processes.
• Perform gap analysis and identify suitable ERP configurations or third-party/ISV solutions.
• Manage Agile backlogs, including Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Story Points.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the Integration Partner.
• Review solution designs and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Support post-go-live continuous improvement and system enhancements.
• Work across core Finance processes including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Review test plans and test cases and support System Testing and UAT.
• Support defect triage and provide functional guidance to business and technical teams. Required Skills & Experience
• Proven Business Analyst experience in ERP implementations, upgrades, or major enhancements.
• Experience working with external Integration Partners / implementation vendors.
• Strong Agile experience with Jira, Microsoft Planner, or Trello.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis skills.
• Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process modelling tools.
• Experience evaluating third-party applications / ISV extensions.
• Good understanding of GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Experience supporting UAT, testing, defect management, and continuous improvement.
