Sustainable TalentA well-established utilities contractor is building a power and energy division from scratch, and needs someone to lead it. They already hold NERS accreditation covering cable laying and jointing to 66kV and substation installation at 11-66kV, with an established civils workforce and Tier 1 client relationships. The infrastructure is there. What's missing is someone to build the division on top of it. The role
- Build and lead the power and energy division, reporting to the owners
- Full P&L ownership from day one
- Win the work: clients, frameworks, tenders and pricing
- Recruit and build the delivery team
- Extend the NERS scope as the work grows You'll need
- Experience building or scaling a power division, ICP or utilities business
- Grid connections and HV delivery background, 11kV to 132kV
- Full P&L and commercial ownership, not just project delivery
