Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform Specialist Duration: 3 Months (potential extension) Workload: Full time hours Setup: Day rate contract inside IR35 Sponsorship Not Provided Location: London, UK (2-3 days per week onsite) Our client is looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform Specialist to help accelerate business transformation, automation, and adoption initiatives across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders and leadership teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
• Drive the adoption and practical use of Microsoft Copilot across business functions.
• Design, build, and enhance solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Rapidly implement automation workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Support business users with training, guidance, and best practices for Power Platform tools.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. Must-Have Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot.
• Proven expertise in Power Apps development.
• Advanced knowledge of Power Automate and workflow automation.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Power Platform solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite with business teams in London. Nice-to-Have:
• Experience within insurance, financial services, or highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of digital transformation and process improvement programmes.
• Familiarity with enterprise Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
