Dental Clinic Manager

Scottish Dental Care is excited to be recruiting for a Full-Time Clinic Manager to lead our fantastic team at Oban Dental Clinic. Our modern 3-surgery practice provides a mix of NHS and private dentistry, and this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practice or clinic manager to take ownership of a well-established practice and work alongside a friendly, experienced and supportive team of associates, nurses and reception staff. What will you be doing? As Clinic Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly and ensuring our patients receive an excellent experience. Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Financial administration – including NHS claims processing and monthly financial reporting
• Patient care – handling feedback and complaints with empathy, professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
• Team leadership – overseeing staffing levels and supporting clinical and non-clinical teams
• Rotas & organisation – managing daily rotas and ensuring the clinic is well staffed
• Communication – leading regular team meetings and creating a positive, efficient working environment What we're looking for:
• Experience in a clinical practice management role – dental preferred
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• A genuine passion for excellent patient care
• The ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team Hours of work Monday: 8:45am – 6:00pm Tuesday: 8:45am – 6:00pm Wednesday: 8:45am – 7:00pm Thursday: 8:45am – 6:00pm Friday: 8:45am – 5:00pm Your Package Includes
