As an Insolvency Trainee, you will contribute to the growth of our Insolvency department, gaining exposure to a wide variety of cases and responsibilities. The workload is diverse and varied includes Bankruptcy, IVAs, MVLs, CVLs, Compulsory Liquidation CWU, CVAs. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of both individual and corporate insolvency matters
• Assist with the sale and security of assets
• Prepare detailed reports on the financial situation of companies and individuals
• Negotiate with creditors and debtors
• Investigate director's conduct Requirements:
• Graduate-level education
• Strong analytical and logical skills
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proficient with IT
• Able to work independently, but also a great team player
