Housing Disrepair Lawyer

Role: Housing Disrepair Solicitor / Lawyer Location: Manchester - Hybrid Working Available Salary: Up to £55,000, depending on experience A growing Top 100 law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor / Lawyer to join its expanding team in Manchester. You will manage your own caseload of claimant housing disrepair matters, handling files from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation. My client is open to applications from Solicitors, CILEx Lawyers and experienced fee earners, ideally with around 3+ years' PQE or equivalent experience. You should have:

• Experience handling housing disrepair or wider civil litigation claims
• Strong knowledge of the CPR and relevant pre-action protocols
• Good drafting, negotiation and client-care skills
• The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• A proactive, organised and commercially aware approach
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience would be advantageous The firm offers a salary of up to £55,000, bonus potential, hybrid working and genuine opportunities for career progression.
