Bookings Revenue Manager

Coastfields Leisure Ltd is looking for a talented Bookings Revenue Manager to join our team in Skegness. 🏖️ Are you a data-driven leader with a knack for dynamic pricing and yield optimisation? We are one of the largest holiday park operators on the Lincolnshire coast, and we need someone to take our holiday accommodation and touring pitch sales to the next level. What You'll Do: 📊 Develop and implement dynamic revenue and pricing strategies. 📈 Forecast occupancy and profit, delivering actionable insights to the Senior Management Team. 🤝 Act as the main point of contact for our OTA and booking agents. 🚀 Partner with marketing to launch high-impact campaigns and seasonal promotions. 👥 Set targets and lead performance across our holiday sales revenue. What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years in Revenue Management & General Management (Preferred)
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and advanced Excel/CRM proficiency.
• Outstanding communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
