Commercial Real Estate Associate – 2–4 PQE London We are working with a leading London law firm that is looking to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Associate at 2–4 PQE into its highly regarded Real Estate practice. The team has an excellent reputation and advises a particularly interesting and diverse client base, including entrepreneurs, family offices, property companies, developers, investors, luxury and retail brands, hospitality businesses, financial institutions and charities. The role offers broad exposure across high-quality commercial real estate matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Investment and development transactions
• Complex residential, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments
• Landlord and tenant and asset management work
• Real estate finance and refinancing
• Portfolio acquisitions
• Hotel owner and operator matters
• Corporate property transactions
• Promotion and option agreements relating to development land The successful candidate is likely to have between 2–4 years' PQE, with a solid grounding in commercial real estate gained within a well-regarded property practice. The firm is looking for someone with strong academics, good technical skills and a collaborative approach who enjoys working across practice areas and wants to become involved in the wider development of the practice.
