Lettings Manager

LETTINGS MANAGER | PRIME CENTRAL LONDON Knightsbridge International Real Estate is looking for an experienced, ambitious and commercially driven Lettings Manager to join our team based in Fulham. We are looking for someone who knows the Prime Central London lettings market, is confident carrying out valuations and, most importantly, has the drive to win instructions and grow business. This is a hands-on role. We are not looking for someone who simply wants to manage an existing desk. We want someone who enjoys being out in the market, speaking to landlords, generating opportunities, conducting valuations, converting instructions and getting deals across the line. The role will include:

• Conducting lettings valuations across Fulham, Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge and surrounding Prime Central London areas
• Winning new instructions and converting valuations into business
• Proactively prospecting landlords and identifying new opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants
• Overseeing negotiations from offer through to agreed tenancy
• Managing and developing the lettings pipeline
• Ensuring a high standard of client service and compliance
• Working closely with the wider team to grow our lettings market share
• Leading by example and being accountable for results Who we're looking for: You will already have solid experience within the London lettings market and be confident valuing property independently. You should have a strong understanding of Prime Central London, excellent knowledge of the lettings process and current legislation, and a proven ability to build relationships with landlords. Just as importantly, we want someone with energy, resilience and a genuine work ethic. Someone who picks up the phone, follows up leads, creates opportunities and wants to build something rather than wait for business to arrive. You must be comfortable working from our Fulham office and travelling throughout our core Prime Central London markets. Requirements:
• Previous London lettings experience
• Strong valuation experience
