Information Technology Engineer - Private Equity - Base Salary UP TO £70,000 + Bonus

Your chance to make a meaningful impact on the EUC function at a tech and AI-focused private equity firm . You are joining a small, sharp team where your work is visible, and your opinions carry weight. The firm has solid foundations, but it is small enough that what you do each day actually matters. New leadership has come in with a clear mandate to modernise the EUC function, and you are arriving at exactly the right moment to help shape what that looks like. Day-to-day, you are handling 2nd and 3rd line support across a mixed Mac and Windows environment. If Mac is your thing, there is real scope to grow into the team's subject matter expert in that space. What makes this role a bit different is the AI angle. The firm is genuinely AI-forward in how it operates internally, and you will have the freedom to help scope out the AI footprint, improve service delivery, and experiment with tooling that makes your own workflow sharper. You're comfortable with Windows, Microsoft 365 and macOS. You have used Jamf. Some exposure to AI tooling in a workplace setting will help you hit the ground running.
