Take GenAI projects from POC to production in ~12 weeks. Work in small teams (3–6), focus on a project end‑to‑end, and build/deploy complex, production‑ready AI systems with real enterprise impact. You'll get:
- Freedom to build only AI solutions and agents – no legacy systems or approval chains
- Full autonomy in a flat, fast‑moving structure
- Cutting‑edge, greenfield agentic AI/LLM projects in production Package:
- Basic salary up to £135,000 (DOE)

- Hybrid: 3 days in office You'll need:
- 5+ years building enterprise software solutions
- Strong Python skills
