This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting large-scale hiring across operational and corporate functions within a globally recognised organisation. The Opportunity As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You'll be responsible for sourcing passive candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences while supporting ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple vacancies.
• Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through proactive market mapping and networking.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practice.
• Track recruitment activity, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Participate in recruitment projects and continuous process improvement initiatives. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong candidate sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Fluency in French (C1 level or above) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
