About This Role Role: Caretaker Salary: Grade 3 (SCP 3 – SCP 4) £25,614 - £26,016 (FTE Salary) / £19,297 - £20,044 (Actual Salary) Contract type: Permanent, Part time (Term Time plus 4 weeks) Reporting to: Site Manager Start date: November 2026 Working Pattern: Monday to Friday – 12pm – 6pm (30 hours per week) About Us This is an exciting time to be joining our Multi Academy Trust, which collectively educates over 4300 children, and employs over 450 professionals. Each of our good and outstanding academies operates at the heart of their local communities. The Foundation's central offices are based at Sir John Deane's Sixth Form College campus set in beautiful grounds. This role is based at The County High School, Leftwich, which is a high performing, fully inclusive, co-educational, 11-16 school with approximately 1050 students, 60 teaching and 60 support staff. The school serves a mixed catchment area with a Published Admission Number of 210, and we are now significantly over-subscribed. About The Role We are looking for a flexible and adaptable Caretaker to join our hardworking site management team at The County High School Leftwich on a permanent basis. MAIN You will be responsible for maintaining the building including the games area and outside play areas, carrying out minor repairs, improvements and general maintenance tasks and as a registered key holder you will be responsible for the security of the premises and its contents. You will manage the cleaning team and support their activities in maintaining the standards of our school. Your Responsibilities Please refer to the job description attached. What We Are Looking For

• A good standard of literacy and numeracy
• An accredited qualification in joinery, electrical or joinery is desirable
• Understanding of Health & Safety requirements is essential
