Finance Manager

We are partnering with an ambitious and entrepreneurial organisation operating across multiple European markets, seeking a Financial Manager to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations across the UK and international entities. This is a broad role offering exposure to accounting, accounts payable, supplier management, reporting, budgeting support and process improvement. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring financial operations run smoothly while helping the business scale effectively. This is a highly visible position where you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing purchasing controls, coordinating with external accountants and supporting reporting across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and accounting activities across multiple entities using QuickBooks
• Process supplier invoices, expenses and payments
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accounts payable records
• Raise and manage client invoices and accounts receivable tracking
• Coordinate with external accountants and advisors across multiple territories
• Own and manage the purchase order process and supplier onboarding
• Maintain accurate financial records, documentation and audit trails
• Support monthly reporting, budgeting and cash flow forecasting
• Monitor expenditure against budgets and flag variances
• Drive improvements in finance processes, controls and automation
• Help maintain compliance documentation and corporate registrations About You
• Degree, AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent finance qualification (or relevant practical experience)
• 3-5+ years' experience within finance, bookkeeping, accounts payable, finance operations or a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero or a comparable accounting system
• Experience processing invoices, reconciliations and month-end activities
• Comfortable working across multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
