Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer - Licensing

Salary: Up to £130,000 Location: London, 4 days per week. 1 from home. We're working with a high-growth payments fintech on a newly created role. This Compliance Officer hire will support their continued expansion across Europe whilst they gear up for Series D funding. The business are looking to launch a new credit product and are gearing up to apply for their banking license. The Role:

• Product Compliance Advisory – embedding regulatory requirements into new products from design through to launch.
• International Expansion – advising on regulatory and licensing requirements across new markets.
• Regulatory Reporting – managing filings and communications with regulators.
• Policies & Controls – enhancing frameworks, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
• Regulatory Change – interpreting and implementing new regulatory developments Experience needed:
• Experience working for a scaling financial services business, having supported their license application.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU regulation, specifically around credit / business banking products.
• Experience partnering with business functions on product and regulatory matters.
• Process improvement mindset and business-enabler.
