• Lead key risk processes across product control evaluation control functions within finance including RCSA, business continuity information security and compliance activities.
• Own and high impact initiatives, leveraging deep finance expertise
• Oversee team members preparation of risk reports and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders within finance across the firm
• Supervisor reporting of risk incidents within an ISG product control evaluation control and perform thematic analysis to identify trains and recommend solutions
• Drive issue resolution and action planning within the Firm's risk inventory, with a focus on ISG Product Control and Valuation control processes and controls.
• Identify emerging non-financial risks and assist senior management in developing mitigation strategies.
• Maintain risk policies, procedures and information security protocols
• Champion the firms values in foster culture of accountability. What You'll Bring We're looking for someone with:
• Experience in Financial Services, ideally with advanced knowledge of product and or valuation control process and controls
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to distil complex issues into clear insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Initiative, independence, and strong time management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with tools like Power BI or Alteryx is a bonus.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Holds a relevant degree or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA)
