Commercial Lawyer: IT Services Background Essential | UK, Mostly Remote A global technology and digital-transformation business is hiring an IT Commercial Lawyer to sit inside its legal team, working hand-in-hand with sales and delivery on live deals rather than reviewing paperwork after the fact. What makes this role different: This isn't a back-office legal function. You'd be embedded in the negotiation itself - drafting and negotiating NDAs, SOWs and MSAs, sitting in on client conversations, and giving sales teams answers they can actually act on, not just risk flags. Expect liability, indemnities, IP, data protection and termination terms to be your daily bread, across multiple deals running in parallel. Non-negotiable: genuine, direct experience in IT services. What you'll bring:

• 4–10 years' PQE as a qualified solicitor/lawyer
• Real IT services experience
• A track record negotiating complex B2B technology and enterprise customer contracts
• Comfort advising sales and commercial teams under pressure
• A pragmatic, commercially-minded style - you know when to push and when to let something go
• The independence to thrive in a fast-moving, international, remote-first team Nice to have, not essential:
• Italian or Greek legal qualification or fluency
• Experience across international markets
• Large enterprise customer negotiation experience What's on offer:
• Salary: Up to £120,000 + bonus
• Location: UK-based, mostly remote
